Version of 31 October 2026. These terms apply to every order placed through the payment link on this page or through a lyric video payment link we send you. They supplement the general terms of tailortune.com; where they conflict, these terms prevail for the video.
1. Seller
Tailor Studio, SAS with share capital of €100, 21 rue de Clichy, 93400 Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France, RCS Bobigny 106 191 893, which runs the Tailor Tune brand (“we”). Contact: contact@tailortune.com. The buyer is a consumer (“you”). These terms are not for businesses. The service is for adults only.
2. What you are buying
The lyric video of a whole Tailor Tune song: each word appears on screen as it is sung, over an animation made for that song. Two options:
- Video: you already have a Tailor Tune song, delivered to you. You send us no photo and no file: we already have the song and its lyrics.
- Song + video: we first write and produce your Tailor Tune song from your answers, you approve its lyrics, then we make its video. The song is created with AI music-generation tools.
You choose the format, included in the price: 16:9 or 9:16. The “both formats” option is offered as an extra, at the price shown on the order page.
3. Price and payment
The price is the one shown on the order page and on the payment page when you order, in US dollars. It includes French VAT; no tax is added at checkout. It is payable in full when you order, by card, through Stripe. The contract is formed at payment. We do not see or keep your card details.
The payment page may offer to show the price in your currency; the amount charged is the one it shows at payment.
4. How it works
- You choose your option and format, pay, then receive the link to a short form (confirmation page and e-mail).
- Video option. In that form, you confirm your two consents (section 8) and, if you did not arrive through the link in our e-mail, give the e-mail address used to order your song. If we find no Tailor Tune song delivered to that address, we write to you; if it cannot be sorted out, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
- Song + video option. In that form, you answer our questions (occasion, first name, stories, tone, style, voice) and confirm your two consents (section 8). We send you the lyrics to approve; you can ask for changes. Once approved, we deliver the song.
- Sending the form starts the creation. We make the video and deliver it.
- Touch-ups. You may ask for one round of touch-ups on the delivered video: a typo in the lyrics or title, lyrics out of sync, a technical defect, or an animation design that does not suit you.
Time you take to reply pauses our delay. If you do not reply for 30 days after a reminder, the order is closed and we refund you in full, unless the video has already been delivered.
5. Delivery time
Video option: the video is delivered within 5 days, counted from when you send the form. Song + video option: the song is delivered within 48 hours of lyrics approval, then the video within 3 days. These delays are indicative. If they are exceeded, you can ask to be refunded (section 7) as long as the video has not been delivered. This does not limit your legal rights if delivery is late.
6. Delivery
Electronically, to the e-mail address you gave us: an unlisted YouTube link and an MP4 file, to download from a link sent in the same e-mail. Download the file as soon as you receive it. For the Song + video option, the song is first delivered as an MP3 file, by e-mail.
“Unlisted” does not mean “private”: anyone with the link can watch the video. Share it only with whom you want. We remove the video from YouTube on request; otherwise it stays online so you can watch it again.
7. Refunds
Until delivery: refunded, no questions asked. As long as your video has not been delivered, you can ask for a full refund of your order, without giving a reason, by simple e-mail. We refund within 14 days, to the payment method used for the order. The order is then cancelled.
Song + video option: the refund is in full until the song is delivered; once the song is delivered, and until the video is delivered, we refund the video’s share: the price of the video alone shown on the page when you ordered, plus the two-format option if you took it.
After the video is delivered, this section no longer applies: you keep the touch-ups (section 4) and the legal guarantee of conformity (section 9).

8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have in principle 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. This right does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium when performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express acknowledgement that you lose the right (EU Directive 2011/83, article 16(m); French Consumer Code, L221-28, 13°). The video is also made from your song, from your answers for the Song + video option, and in the format you choose. Customers outside the EU are subject to the law of their country, which may provide no statutory withdrawal right; we apply the same steps to everyone.
For that reason, we ask you two things, separately from accepting these terms:
- your request that we start creating as soon as you send the form, without waiting for the 14 days to end;
- your acknowledgement that once creation has started, you lose your right of withdrawal.
As long as we have not started creating (that is, until you send the form), you can withdraw and be refunded in full: write to us. You confirm both points in the form sent right after payment: sending it is what starts the creation. The exact text of both consents, with the date and time you sent the form, is kept and repeated in the e-mail confirming we received it.
This section does not limit the refunds in section 7 or the legal guarantee in section 9.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Independently of section 7, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to digital content under French law (Consumer Code, L224-25-1 et seq.) and, where applicable, the consumer law of your country: if the video does not conform to what was agreed, we bring it into conformity, otherwise you may obtain a price reduction or termination with refund. This guarantee cannot be excluded.
10. Your rights in the video
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the video, including posting it on your own personal accounts. Any other use (commercial, advertising) needs our written consent. Your rights in the song remain those of the general terms of tailortune.com, for both options. The animation is produced with AI tools: we do not guarantee that it qualifies for copyright protection or that it is exclusive.
We will not publish your video without your separate written consent.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for personal injury, gross negligence or fraud, your mandatory consumer rights, or the legal guarantee of conformity.
Beyond that, we are liable for direct and foreseeable damage caused by our breach. We are not liable for indirect losses (for example lost income or harm to your reputation after you decide to share the video). We are not liable for the availability of YouTube or Stripe.
12. Personal data
See the privacy policy. In short: your song, or your answers to write it, are used only to fulfil your order, and are processed by the artificial-intelligence tools listed in the policy.
13. Complaints
Write to us at contact@tailortune.com; we reply within 7 days.
14. Governing law and courts
French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. You may bring a claim before the French courts or the courts of your place of residence, as the applicable law allows.
15. Version and proof
The terms that apply are those in force on the date of your order. The version, date and time of your acceptance are kept. The French version applies to purchases made from the French page; the English version to purchases made from the English page.
